FrazierHeiby Promotes Kim Ratcliff, MPA, APR to Vice President of Strategy + Culture

Meet our new Vice President of Strategy and Culture, Kim Ratcliff.

What do you get when you fuse exceptional client service, ongoing business development, process efficiencies and culture shaping? Our new Vice President of Strategy and Culture, Kim Ratcliff.

After joining the FrazierHeiby team in September 2019, Kim has played an instrumental role in forming our agency culture and delivering impactful work — all throughout a period of immense change. The expertise she brings to the table is invaluable, and her insights have helped position research, data and analytics at the forefront of all work produced.

“This new role we’ve envisioned for Kim stems from recent growth and continued momentum,” said Lauren Parker, president and CEO. “We’re taking Kim’s deep experience and passion for process to maximize efficiency and better understand how everyone on our team can grow professionally and feel empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

As Vice President of Strategy + Culture, Kim will continue to service client accounts and ensure FrazierHeiby grows and thrives well into the future. Her key focus areas include:

  • Business development and organic growth
  • Process development and improvement alongside fellow team members with a passion for organization
  • A go-to-market plan of agency offerings such as data, analytics, insights practices and more

Our culture is no accident, and we’re elated that Kim is one of its drivers. Her new role will also come with the opportunity to foster our team’s professional development program, including initiatives such as our Curious Minds sessions and FrazierHeiby Book Club.

“I plan to anchor my new role in our agency principles, most notably collaborating with an open heart and mind,” shared Kim. “The nature of our business is ideas, and we can leverage our bravery, curious minds and innovative spirits to go much deeper as an agency and bring more value to our clients — I am most excited about helping people tap into this with intention.”
