We’re thrilled to have Jordan Banks rejoin our Slide Nine team as an account manager. Jordan brings experience across PR, communications and media relations, with a knack for developing thoughtful story ideas, building strong relationships and helping clients get noticed.

What brings you joy at work? What inspires you?

My colleagues bring me joy! Having a collaborative, supportive team makes every day exciting. Our clients inspire me every day with their deep subject matter expertise. We truly have the opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.

What drew you to the communications field?

The news was always on in my house growing up and when I realized there was a job where I could shape the news and connect with people in various industries I became obsessed! 

‍How do you approach creating a memorable client experience?

To me, a memorable client experience is about more than great service. It’s about understanding the business impact of our work and how it elevates our clients within their respective industries.

‍What trends are you keeping an eye on for 2026?

I’m keeping an eye on AI and how it can create efficiencies for the agency and our clients!

‍What's the biggest win or most exciting work you’ve done throughout your career?

One of my most exciting wins was the first time our team secured coverage in the Wall Street Journal for a client. The story also ran in the print edition. This was a key step in showing our client the value of earned media.

What tools/websites do you use to keep up with the latest trends and news?

I love newsletters because it gives me the latest news in my inbox each morning. Some of my favorite publications to receive newsletters from are Axios, Bloomberg and Fortune.

What are you most looking forward to in your role with Slide Nine?

I’m looking forward to connecting with former colleagues and clients and making new connections with those I haven’t previously worked with.
