Building trust with Millennials continues to be a topic of interest for businesses — especially as the generation continues to comprise a larger percentage of the workforce. Last week’s Columbus Chamber Leadership for Small Business presentation about building trust with Millennials was standing-room only. In year two of the Columbus Trust Study, our intention was to dive deeper into last year’s findings and explore how trust drivers differ by gender and generation. One of our most interesting findings was that Millennials trust business leaders for different reasons than older generations. Because Millennials will make up 75% of the global workforce by 2025, understanding these trust drivers is more important than ever.
