COLUMBUS, Ohio - Regional public relations firm FrazierHeiby today announced the promotion of Whitney Somerville to senior account executive.
As senior account executive, Somerville will play a lead role in managing several key client accounts and developing communication strategy."We're pleased to acknowledge the outstanding support and results Whitney has delivered for our clients," said Bryan Haviland, FrazierHeiby president. "Expanded responsibilities will serve out clients' best interests and provide Whitney more opportunities for career development and growth."Prior to joining the company, Somerville worked at the American Red Cross for five years, most recently as communications & marketing director for the Ohio Buckeye and Alabama regions. She is a volunteer member of the Advanced Public Affairs Team for the Red Cross, trained to deploy and provide public relations support in times of disaster. Somerville earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism in 2008 and Master of Arts in Journalism & Public Relations from Marshall University in 2010.
