FrazierHeiby's Best Year Ever

We've enjoyed success across so many dimensions this year. Here's an overview of our achievements for 2016:

Clients
We have already served 31 unique clients in 2016, nearly double the number of clients we had at the start of the year. These clients expand beyond Ohio to include Wisconsin and Arkansas, plus two Canada-based clients.

Results
This spring, we won more top awards for client programs from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) than any other firm in the region. We've received steady positive feedback from clients, publicity around our work in Marion, Ohio and shared successes with nearly every client - too numerous to mention here. Because of our outstanding clients and results, 2016 will be a record year for revenue.

FH Marketing
We updated our website, strengthened our blog offering with 157 new posts, and created a dozen free downloadable resources and tools for anyone to use. Notably, we also invested in the launch of the first Columbus Trust Study, which debuted at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and has since been presented at MORPC and a Central Ohio PRSA's Masters breakfast.

Community Involvement
As a firm, we supported the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, Team Heart & Sole, ROX and CHOICES. Our associates sit on various boards including PRSA and Muskingum Watershed Conservation District, and volunteer for numerous organizations including the Columbus Museum of Art, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Local Matters and the Red Cross. We also recently hosted PRSSA students for a workshop in our office.

We continue to support important community and professional organizations through memberships with Columbus 2020, Columbus Chamber of Commerce, PRSA, the Ohio Economic Development Association, Ohio Corn and Wheat and the Ohio Soybean Council.

Professional Development
We recertified our entire team in inbound marketing through HubSpot and sent associates to professional conferences on energy, economic development, healthcare and science education. We are also investing in new technology to ensure that we have access to state-of-the-art tools to best serve our clients.

Best Place to Work
Most importantly, we added Whitney and Mellissa to our team!

We also revamped our policies to provide a flexible, personally-accountable workplace, developed new policies for family leave, spruced up our office decor, installed a custom candy bar in our conference room, created our six core values, upgraded our timekeeping and invoicing systems, and held an offsite internal meeting and gaming competition at KDB Easton.

To top off our best year ever, we celebrated Thanksgiving together with our traditional office meal and will end 2016 with a bang during our annual holiday party.

We can't wait to see what 2017 has in store!
